Three tiers: which model answers, and how much a seat can ask.
Included usage is shown as a multiple of Essential rather than a number of questions, because a question you ask once is not the same size as a question you ask of a manual. The document library is a plain count, because you can go and count yours.

Which tier fits?

At 25 seats and above, and for groups running several entities, volume pricing is quoted rather than listed — and the constraints usually worth talking about are not the seat count anyway.

Billing

- Usage beyond what's included
- Additional usage is charged — and you can set a usage cap, so you are never billed beyond it.
- Annual and monthly
- Prices lead with annual — twelve months for the price of ten, so two months are free on the seats. Monthly billing is available on every listed tier at the monthly rate shown beside it. An added regulation library is a flat monthly rate on either cadence. The listed prices are list prices: what changes them is the tier you are on, not a discount you have to ask for.
- Where it runs
- Your uploaded documents, the regulation corpus and your account data are stored on our own infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Answers are generated in the European Union by an outside model provider: prompts and the passages retrieved to answer them are encrypted in transit, stay inside the EU region set, and are never used to train AI models. Search indexing, document text extraction and dictation run on our own UK infrastructure, with no outside provider involved; dictation audio is turned into text while the request runs and is never stored. Our sub-processors page names the provider and the region.

- Seats are sold and provisioned by us — there is no self-serve checkout on this page. We agree the tier, the libraries and the seat count with you, then configure the tenant and hand over.
