Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:

• Access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without authorisation.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The platform supports your safety management processes but does not replace your organisation’s regulatory responsibilities.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
