So CitadelAero was built as three things rather than one: a system to run the safety management system, a way to reach the regulation behind it without trawling PDFs, and people who have done the certification work themselves. What we are trying to make easy is the administration. The judgement stays with your postholders, which is where the authority expects to find it.
