Aviation AI and Consultancy for Air Navigation Service Providers

An AI that reads your unit's own manual, competence scheme and safety assessments beside the requirements above them — and specialists for the safety-management and assurance work behind them.

In short

Two things eat an air traffic service unit's documentation time. The first is keeping the unit's own manual aligned with what sits above it — every amendment means someone reads both and works out what moved. The second is change: nothing happens operationally without a documented safety assessment, and assembling the argument and its evidence is most of the work, not the safety thinking. CitadelAI does that reading, comparing and drafting on your own documents and occurrence data, and cites the requirement where its corpus holds it. The consultancy does the safety-management and assurance work by hand where a unit would rather it were done. A safety management platform to run the system is available by arrangement.

CitadelAI — the unit manual, the change, and the safety argument

The EASA library holds the ATM/ANS common requirements and the controller licensing rules, so a unit under EASA can have its own manual read against them row by row. A UK unit should know what is not held: MATS Part 1 and CAP 670 are CAA publications outside the corpus, and where the corpus does not support an answer Chuck says so rather than inventing one. Two capabilities do not depend on the corpus at all, and they are where a unit gets the most: the safety argument for a change drafted from your own notes and evidence, and a body of occurrence reports read as a set.

  • Your unit manual read beside the requirements above it — where the wording has drifted, worked as a grid
  • The safety case for an operational change drafted from your notes and evidence, exported as DOCX
  • Occurrence reports read across as a set — hazards and contributory factors clustered separately, every theme traced to its cases

Services — safety management and assurance, by people who sit audits

Safety management system build and review, independent audit and gap analysis, and the safety-culture, just-culture and human-factors work that decides whether a reporting system produces reports. The disciplines are the same whichever certificate you hold; the vocabulary changes, and so does the evidence an authority expects to see. Scoped and quoted per engagement.

  • Safety management system built to be used rather than filed
  • Independent audit and gap analysis
  • Safety-culture, just-culture and human-factors work

SMS Platform — by arrangement

Occurrence and hazard reporting from across the unit, a controlled investigation workflow, formal risk assessment on a standard matrix, compliance monitoring with closed-loop findings and management of change with sign-off. Our development effort is on CitadelAI; the platform remains available by arrangement and supported for the operators who use it, and the demo environment is open.

Tell us how you operate

Tell us how you operate and which authority you answer to. Bring a piece of the work — a manual section you suspect has drifted, a batch of occurrence reports nobody has read as a set — and a walkthrough runs it in front of you. A consultant will scope the job you need done — or we will say plainly that we are not the right supplier for it.
