It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Analytics cookies are used on the public website only. We do not run analytics or session-recording tools inside the SMS Platform or Regulatory AI Intelligence.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. They are widely used to make sites work, to keep you signed in securely, and to provide information to site owners. "Similar technologies" includes local storage and comparable mechanisms that store or read information on your device.
Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider we use). They may be session cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or persistent, remaining until they expire or you delete them.

Worth knowing about Microsoft Clarity. Clarity sets Microsoft advertising identifiers that are shared with other Microsoft services. We call this out specifically rather than describing it as ordinary analytics, because a reasonable person would want to know. It is set only if you accept analytics cookies, and declining costs you nothing.
4. Consent, and changing your mind
On your first visit to our website we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose, no analytics cookie is set. Choosing "Essential only" means we set nothing beyond what is strictly necessary.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences control in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the service cannot be provided without them. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in.
You can also control cookies in your browser settings, including deleting existing ones. Doing so may affect how our sites work.
5. Third-party cookies
Where a third party sets a cookie through our sites, that provider processes the resulting data under its own privacy policy as well as our agreement with it. Each is listed on our sub-processors page, with the transfer mechanism that applies.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
