CitadelAero

Reference

One platform, whichever authority signs your certificate.

Built around the international SMS framework, so the same system serves an EASA AOC, an FAA Part 135 charter, or a business jet on an offshore registry — without being rebuilt for each one.

The premise

The SMS framework — safety policy, safety risk management, safety assurance, safety promotion — is consistent worldwide. National regulators turn it into their own rules, and business aviation layers industry standards on top.

CitadelAero structures your records so that the same platform produces the evidence each of them expects to see, in the shape they expect to see it.

What this is not

Software for the evidence, not for the certification.

We do not certify your organisation against any regulator or industry standard, and nobody selling software can. What the platform does is structure your safety reports, risk assessments, audits, training records and corrective actions the way your authority or auditor expects to find them.

So when an inspection or an IS-BAO, Wyvern or ARGUS audit comes round, the records, the version history, the audit trail and the PDFs already exist — rather than being assembled the week before.

Next

See what the records look like before the auditor does.

The demo environment is populated with realistic aviation data, so you can open an audit and read its trail rather than take our word for the shape of it.
