Outsourced management of your FDM / FOQA programme
We take on the running of the programme — the review cycle, the event set, the follow-up and the record — so it keeps operating whether flight data monitoring is a requirement of your approval or a voluntary FOQA programme you have chosen to run. You keep ownership of the programme; we do the work of keeping it alive.
Independent gatekeeper: crew de-identification and confidential contact
The gatekeeper is the one person who can connect a flight to a crew, and the programme lives or dies on that trust. Sitting outside your reporting line, we hold the key, de-identify the data before it reaches management, and are the confidential point of contact when a crew needs to be approached about an event — under your FDM procedure and your crew agreement, not around them.
Event review, validation and trend analysis
Every triggered event is reviewed and validated by people who have flown and investigated, so a genuine exceedance is separated from a sensor artefact or a known airfield quirk before anyone acts on it. Validated events are then read together — the rate, the direction of travel, and the drift below the trigger thresholds that a single event never shows.
Monthly, quarterly and annual reports — by registration, by aircraft type, or fleet-wide
Reports at three cadences and three scopes. Monthly, quarterly and annual, each cut for a specific tail number, a type-specific fleet, or the whole operation — so a fleet manager, a safety review board and an accountable manager each see the picture they are responsible for, at the interval they meet to act on it.
